RINA ZOGIANI ARCHITECT 

This is my bachelor thesis ' Conceptual Artist's Vila'- by lake Badovc in Prishtine. An ecologic and luxory house projected for conceptual artist and her family, with art gallery, sport spaces, art spaces, living and recreation by lake side surrounded with mountains, river and inspirational views.

This is an administration building for 3 water companies in Kosovo :'Uje Rugove', 'Uje Spring' and 'Uje Miros' which by competing increase the quality and business. One building has open concept of working areas, open spaces, transparency, advertising space, meeting halls, closed offices, guest offices, galleries and recreative spaces for employes.

These are 3 of my eco-houses worked by hand. The typologies are single house, atrium house and houses in line/order. These houses have basement, main floor and first floor. Each of them has a concept of eco living - materials used, green walls, air cleaning system, rain water collecting system and so on. The idea is to create healthy and eco friendly spaces for families.

This is a hotel project located in suburb of city with four stars. It has five typologies of rooms : single room, double room with seperated beds, double room for couples with possibility for an extra bed and suite. Hotel has sport and recreation areas, restaurants, bars, halls, meeting halls, utility spaces.

These are some of my sketches drawn by hand. First is construction of stairs, details, roof, sections etc. The second is an urban block urbanied with some types of housing like single houses, towers, colective buildings, kindergarten, school,ambulance parks and recreatin spaces. In the third part of poster are some of my sketches of historical well known buildings in Albania, Kosovo and all over the world.

These are some of my drawings, sketches and models of different buildings recreated in an artistic way - enterior and exterior. There are also some of my analyses I used in my thesis for eco-living house.

This is 'Uje Rugove' water factory located in Rugove Mountains in Peja, Kosovo. This factory is renovated inside and outside because of the missed spaces and some of difficulties in manufacture. Also the architecture of factory was changed into a more suitable mountains and nature design using natural materials.
